Short-term stays
For a stay of less than 4 days we charge a short stay surcharche.
Paying
The room bill can be paid either in cash or bank card.
For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit (free of charge for the beneficiary) within 7 days stating the length of stay and the name under which the booking was made.

Cancellation terms
Cancellations are only valid in written form and only after you have received a cancellation confirmation from us. We recommend getting travel insurance. For more information, please visit the website of the European Travel insurance company.
Without travel insurance the following conditions apply in the case of cancellation:
– up to 3 months before arrival 70% of the total price as service charge
– 3 to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price
– 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price
– in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price
– in case of late arrival or early departure we charge the total price of the booked trip
Arrival/departure
We kindly ask you to inform us about your approximate arrival time 1-2 days before your arrival by phone or e-mail. The check-in is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the room for the cleaning service by 10:00 am.
